March Programming

A quick recap of February includes big wins and exciting gains from the previous month! Everyone built themselves up to a heavy 1- Rep Power Snatch/Clean after 6 hard weeks of cycling power work during our Oly cycle. We also tackled fun benchmarks and a few old CF Open workouts. Big CONGRATS as we completed the first two Open workouts of the 2023 CrossFit Open!

With March coming to an end and after the completion of our final CF Open workout, we are rounding up the month with a deload emphasis. In addition, in the month of March we will build Pull-up volume, continue strength development with the squat/deadlift and recover from our previous Oly cycle.
